Please download and save any works, models and other personal information you created, uploaded or saved on Shakker.ai before the closure date.

⚠️ After closure, we will delete or anonymise personal data held on the platform within 180 days of the closure date. This process is irreversible, and you will no longer be able to access or recover any account content through the platform.

💰 Request a refund

Please email [email protected] to apply. The following are eligible for refund:

• The unused portion of a membership term falling after the closure date
• Credits obtained through top-ups or credit pack purchases that remain unused

Please include:

1. Your registered email / account ID
2. The original payment order number

We will calculate the refundable amount against our records and confirm by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 7 business days.

ℹ️ Credits granted monthly with a membership expire each month and do not roll over; their value is already reflected in the membership refund and is not calculated separately. Credits obtained free of charge, such as promotional gifts and task rewards, are not eligible for refund.
